 IN STORE PURCHASES : Items purchased in store are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ONLINE PURCHASES: Items purchased from our website sight unseen can be returned for an in store credit towards a future purchase if we are contacted immediately after the item is received and the item is returned to us in a timely manner without any signs of additional use or wear. Please contact the store for more details.

Shipping and Handling

All items are  shipped via FedEx.  WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS.
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Once an items is shipped a tracking number for the package will be provided.
In some cases a signature will be required at the time of package delivery.

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option! 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
