Items purchased from our website and designated for in store pickup can be picked up during regular business hours at the purchaser's convenience.
ONLINE ORDERS CANNOT BE PICKED UP BY A THIRD PARTY AND PER OUR STORE POLICY WE WILL REQUIRE TO SEE A VALID ID AND THE CREDIT CARD USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. WE MUST BE ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THE ID AND THE NAME ON THE CREDIT CARD ARE THE SAME AND MATCH THE ORDER AT THE TIME OF PICKUP.
WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS.

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
